Services

Located at West Bend Clinic, the staff of the Memory Assessment Center work with a patient's primary care provider to accurately diagnose memory loss, dementia or conditions such as Alzheimer's, strokes and degenerative brain diseases. Through early diagnosis and treatment, the Memory Assessment Center aims to improve the quality of life for patients and their families.

The first of its kind in Washington County, the Memory Assessment Center is a collaboration between West Bend Clinic, the Alzheimer Association of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Institute.
