West Bend Clinic has been providing quality health care to the community since 1968. In the course of 35 years the Clinic has evolved from an independent two-physician practice to a primary care and multi-specialty clinic represented by over 70 physicians, multiple locations, specialty clinics and the West Bend Surgery Center.

West Bend Clinic continues to experience extensive growth, reflective of a strong committment to the needs of the local community.

• 1990: The main site at 1700 W. Paradise Drive was built
• 1996: Jackson Clinic and Kewaskum Clinic both opened
• May 1999: West Bend Surgery Center opened
• January 2002: West Bend Clinic joined SynergyHealth, a regional health care system formed in conjunction with St. Joseph's Hospital.
• September 2004: Hartford Clinic opened
• June 2005: Eye Center opened in Jackson
• August 2005: West Bend Clinic - East opened (featuring dermatology, cosmetic surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery)
• August 2006: West Bend Clinic - South opened in the Pleasant Valley Medical Building
• July 2008: SynergyHealth West Bend Clinic affiliates with Froedert & Community Health

Washington County is home to many West Bend Clinic physicians and employees. The medical staff actively participates in community outreach programs, health wellness events and programs for local organizations and area schools. West Bend Clinic and St. Joseph's Hospital are proud supporters of the community and local events. We are a sponsor of the American Heart Walk, American Red Cross Real Heroes, Washington County Fair Family Entertainment Center, American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, the Kewaskum KEYS 5K Run and the 5K for Kids.
