Memory Assessment Center

Located at the West Bend Clinic, staff work with a patient's primary care provider to accurately diagnose memory loss, dementia or conditions such as Alzheimer's, strokes and degenerative brain diseases. The Center is staffed by a West Bend Clinic neurologist and nursing staff, and a representative from the Alzheimer's Association of Southeastern Wisconsin.
