Sports physicals will be offered to area high school athletes at Hartford, Kewaskum and West Bend Clinic – South Clinics.
Physicals provide families an inexpensive option to obtain the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) required physical exam necessary to enroll in high school sports. The exam consists of both a medical evaluation conducted by a West Bend Clinic provider and an orthopedic evaluation conducted by a physical therapist or athletic trainer. The cost for the exam is $30 per athlete with a $5 discount offered for additional family members. Location, time and registration information is as follows:
